Most financial programs focus on what to do.
Money, Steady focuses on how you feel.
The same ease that lets you sit down and enjoy a meal without guilt? That’s exactly what we’re building with your finances.
Shannah has a way of calming my nervous system around money that no one else has been able to do. I can’t explain how much I’ve changed in such a short time. I have a money practice, I understand my money story and beliefs, and I have tools to help me when I freak out.

The truth most programs won’t say
You won’t sit and watch.
You’ll do, reflect, and shift —
alongside other women who are in it with you.
If that’s not where you are right now, that’s okay. But if you read that and felt something — that’s your signal.
No. Money, Steady is not financial planning and I won’t be giving personalized financial advice. This program is focused on your emotional and psychological relationship with money — the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that drive your financial behavior. Think of it as the inner work that makes any financial strategy actually stick. If you’re looking for a financial plan, I’m happy to point you in the right direction, but that’s not what this is.
No. This is not therapy and I am not a therapist. Money, Steady is a guided group experience that uses somatic and trauma-informed frameworks to help you understand your relationship with money. If you’re currently in therapy, this work can complement it beautifully. If you feel you need professional mental health support, I encourage you to seek that out — and you’re still welcome here.
Life happens — every session is recorded and delivered to your private portal within 24 hours. You won’t lose access to anything. That said, the live experience is where a lot of the magic happens, so I encourage you to show up as much as you can. Even 15 minutes of a live session is worth it.
Plan for the weekly live session (60–75 minutes) plus some time with the workbook exercises at your own pace — most women spend 20–30 minutes on these. This isn’t a program that demands hours of homework. The reflections are designed to fit into your real life, not add to your overwhelm.
Not at all. This program is not about financial literacy — it’s about financial feeling. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who already manages money well on paper but still feels anxious about it, you belong here. The only prerequisite is a willingness to be honest with yourself.
This is the first time I’m running Money, Steady as a formal cohort, and I want to offer a meaningful investment for the women who show up first and help shape the experience. In exchange, I may ask for feedback along the way. This pricing will not be offered again — future rounds will be $1,800–$2,000.
Yes. Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout, so you can spread the investment into manageable monthly payments. Full pay and financing options will both be shown when you click to enroll.
For the woman who wants support without stretching herself.
There’s another way. And there’s a room waiting for you.
The steadiest version of you already knows.
You don’t need to be fixed. You need to feel steady again.
Whether your reset starts with a cupcake, a money story, or a full-on meltdown in the Target parking lot—this is where you begin again. Let’s get honest. Let’s get grounded. Let’s get free.
Everything shared by Hey Shannah—from Bank Account Therapy to cupcakes to money confessions—is for educational and inspirational purposes only. Nothing here is financial or legal advice. It’s a movement, not a spreadsheet. Always do what’s best for your life, your values, and your numbers.
