Most financial programs focus on what to do.
Money, Steady focuses on how you feel.

Money should feel like
nourishment, not panic.

The same ease that lets you sit down and enjoy a meal without guilt? That’s exactly what we’re building with your finances.

The truth most programs won’t say

You don't have a budgeting problem.
You have a nervous system problem.

You’ve read the books. You know what you should do. And you still freeze, overspend, avoid, or spiral when money comes up. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a deeper pattern — and it won’t be solved by another spreadsheet.
Instead of asking what you should do with money, we ask: how do you feel about money — and what would the steady version of you do next?
That shift changes everything.

What women are saying

Real words from
real women.

Shannah has a way of calming my nervous system around money that no one else has been able to do. I can’t explain how much I’ve changed in such a short time. I have a money practice, I understand my money story and beliefs, and I have tools to help me when I freak out.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Shannah.
I didn't set out to become a money expert..

I set out to understand why smart, capable women — women who can run businesses, raise families, and hold everything together — still feel anxious, avoidant, or stuck when it comes to money.
Because I was one of them.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in finance as a Certified Financial Planner, a trauma of money specialist, and a former podcast host with over 28 million downloads. I’m also the author of Unraveling Your Relationship with Money. On paper, I knew exactly what to do.
But what I learned — through my own life and thousands of conversations with women — is this: money isn’t just math. It’s identity. It’s safety. It’s the stories you’ve been carrying for decades. And no spreadsheet in the world can fix that.
Money, Steady is the program I wish existed years ago — when I was doing “all the right things” but still didn’t feel okay. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about finally feeling at home in your financial life.

This is for you if

You're ready. for this.

A note on fit
This is not for you if…
You’re looking for a financial plan, investment advice, or a quick fix. This is deep work. It requires honesty, a willingness to look at what’s really driving your decisions, and the courage to sit with some uncomfortable truths.

If that’s not where you are right now, that’s okay. But if you read that and felt something — that’s your signal.

Common questions

Everything you need
to know..

No. Money, Steady is not financial planning and I won’t be giving personalized financial advice. This program is focused on your emotional and psychological relationship with money — the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that drive your financial behavior. Think of it as the inner work that makes any financial strategy actually stick. If you’re looking for a financial plan, I’m happy to point you in the right direction, but that’s not what this is.

No. This is not therapy and I am not a therapist. Money, Steady is a guided group experience that uses somatic and trauma-informed frameworks to help you understand your relationship with money. If you’re currently in therapy, this work can complement it beautifully. If you feel you need professional mental health support, I encourage you to seek that out — and you’re still welcome here.

Life happens — every session is recorded and delivered to your private portal within 24 hours. You won’t lose access to anything. That said, the live experience is where a lot of the magic happens, so I encourage you to show up as much as you can. Even 15 minutes of a live session is worth it.

Plan for the weekly live session (60–75 minutes) plus some time with the workbook exercises at your own pace — most women spend 20–30 minutes on these. This isn’t a program that demands hours of homework. The reflections are designed to fit into your real life, not add to your overwhelm.

Not at all. This program is not about financial literacy — it’s about financial feeling. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who already manages money well on paper but still feels anxious about it, you belong here. The only prerequisite is a willingness to be honest with yourself.

This is the first time I’m running Money, Steady as a formal cohort, and I want to offer a meaningful investment for the women who show up first and help shape the experience. In exchange, I may ask for feedback along the way. This pricing will not be offered again — future rounds will be $1,800–$2,000.

Yes. Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout, so you can spread the investment into manageable monthly payments. Full pay and financing options will both be shown when you click to enroll.

A quick note about payment plans
This is a real container. A real experience. Not something you half-step into. If you choose the payment plan, you’re committing to the full investment.
Why? Because part of this work is learning how to:
(And I’ll be right there with you inside that.)
What this really pays for
Not just six weeks. But:
That’s what steady feels like.
My promise to you
If you show up, do the work, and don’t feel a shift — reach out. I’ll make it right.

There’s another way. And there’s a room waiting for you.

The steadiest version of you already knows.
